Open-ended contract - Boutique salesperson - Gold, silver, foreign exchange M/F
- Job description and tasks
As a Boutique Salesperson, you will be the ambassador of our expertise and will play a central role in welcoming, advising and developing the loyalty of our customers. You will be involved in buying and selling precious metals (gold, silver) and currencies, in compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.
Your tasks:
Welcoming, advising and supporting customers.
Valuing precious objects (jewellery, coins, ingots) and offering an estimate based on the price of gold.
Carry out transactions in a secure and compliant manner.
Day-to-day management of the till and stocks.
Helping to display products and maintain the shop.
Guaranteeing a smooth, professional and friendly customer experience.
Opening and closing the shop according to established procedures.
Helping to put articles or content online as required.
- Profile required
Ideally, you will have some initial successful experience in sales or consultancy. You have good people skills, an excellent presentation and a rigorous approach to managing operations. You inspire confidence and know how to create a reassuring climate with customers. You are at ease with IT tools and cash receipts, and enjoy working in a structured environment. Knowledge of the precious metals or foreign exchange sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
Full training is provided as soon as you arrive.
